We can help you by doing research. We look to identify multi-client/off-the-shelf reports that may answer some of the questions on a more cost effective basis than doing only primary research. We check our multi-client study directories, including Marketsearch, Findex, and Marketing Surveys Index to determine if it is possible for the client to purchase a multi-client study for a relatively small amount of money to help enable spending primary research budgets in a more targeted and cost effective way.

Creating a Plan
A strategic or formal marketing plan is one that helps you identify your business strengths and weaknesses, determines where you want to be in the next five years and what it will take to get there, then maps the steps backwards to where you are right now. We develop plans for clients of all sizes.

Once we have gotten to this point, it is usually time to sit down with the client again, explain the information that has been developed, and agree on the process of primary research to complete the assignment. It is important to be available for interim meetings with the client whenever there is a need for review, possible redirection, etc.

Brand
