A successful project is the
result of lots of hard work, careful planning and focused
attention to every detail. We want a plan that ensures that
the project meets your goals and objectives. We carefully
establish specifications which include objectives, goals,
markets to reach and metrics.
We listen precisely
All solutions are based precisely on individual company needs.
Clients are all different and have different goals. We don't
have an preconceptions, sometimes clients can throw us a curve
with things they want which are unexpected. It is so important
to discuss content and plan its presentation. It is important
to find out what elements a client may wish to have on their
site. Something as simple as the overall color scheme can make
a huge difference as to whether or not the client likes the
final results. The client sometimes submits a detailed
business requirements document (BRD). This document details
the business solution for a project including all of the key
customer needs and expectations. The clients BRD, choice of
business model, and "wish lists" can all be incorporated into
the project specs.
Our research
When both the client and our developer team are 100% sure of
what is to be made and how, we are able to make a trustworthy
set of resource and time estimates. This requires some careful
steps to assure accurate proposals and estimates. During the
requirements work up we have to help coordinate the needs of
various stakeholders (departments) in the company. We use one
unifying "vision"... so the solution is focused. |

Specifications
Work up Specifications Experimental software is sometimes
developed in order to validate and demonstrate our suggested
solutions to technological challenges. Then the specifications
usually have to be revised according to the results of the
analysis.
Finally In practice the complete Analysis & Specifications
phase often constitutes as much as 20-30% of total project
costs, so we may have a significant investment in a project
even before we are given the green light.
Purpose and focus of the Project
Purpose and focus of the Project. Before a logical and
appropriate proposal may be created the focus and purpose of
the site needs to be clear.
Platform
Due to existing hardware or software or personnel or other
considerations, any platform requirements will be included in
the proposal solutions.
Time
Some projects are more time sensitive than others, however in
all cases we do our best to indicate how long the project will
take (so long as the client provides needed data and elements
promptly).
Costs
Costs may vary widely, and if roles were switched, we would
surely want to know what each item costs. Therefore we offer
detailed proposals with each line item priced out. Our clients
can decide if a feature is worth a given amount to their
business. |
